International Design Excellence Awards
We are delighted to report that Penelope Allen Design has been nominated for a prestigious SBID International Design Award.
Penelope Allen Design’s Senior Designer, Penny Allen, formed a contemporary composition in a spacious private residence in Surrey Hills. Extending the rear of the property and remodelling the interior in its entirety, Penny succeeded in fusing a modern, linear design with the home’s original features, creating a unique space that is both comfortable and cutting edge.
“Needless to say I’m thrilled to have the Surrey Hills project included in the ‘Residential Design Under £1M’ category of the SBID International Design Awards,” said Penny. “Being able to translate the client’s needs into something so transformative was an absolute joy. It was a real privilege to work with such a great team, and to be able to deliver a home that the family adore.”
The SBID International Design Awards recognise and reward innovation in design and are a major event in the design industry year. An international panel of industry leaders evaluate the highest achievements of the last twelve months, and the winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony in The Dorchester, London, on Friday 25th November.
